Location: Morgan-Scott-Greene Counties. Project begins 1 mile northeast of Roodhouse and ends at the Rt. 72 and Rt. 67 Interchange Southwest of Jacksonville.

Description: These projects consist of the construction of approximately 13.25 miles of roadway improvements, including a new four-lane Portland Cement Concrete pavement rural expressway and associated side roads. Also included is 2.9million cubic yards of earth excavation and a total of eight bridge structures. Other construction items include, tree removal, embankment, topsoil placement, structure removal, building removal, box culverts, pipe culverts, aggregate shoulders, concrete paving, and asphalt paving.
