Location: These projects are located at three locations along Rt. 136 and Rt. 336 near
Carthage, going east towards Macomb in Hancock, and McDonough Co. IL.

Description: The first contract consists of 4.7 miles of grading, paving, construction of
dual single-span bridges, and construction of a six span bridge, all located on the four
lane alignment of U.S. Rt. 136 and Rt. 336 near Carthage. The remaining two contracts
consists of approximately 11.52 miles of new construction of four-lane expressway.
The size of this project requires a massive equipment fleet, highly trained employees and
